Slim pickings for fall shoes this time around!! I checked out over 3000 pairs of shoes from the Fall 2013 season, and found very few that were thrilling, let alone interesting.
Of course there were at least a few that I'd like to have! Well, I guess more than a few, because I will have to share them in 2 parts. Below is Part One, the heels.
