This is the 7" sleeve for Elvis Costello's "Tiny Steps." Barney Bubbles was probably the designer, but I'm not positive. Also, this might be the back side of it.

YES! Fantasy rich-people scene. They are hanging out with a Lotus Esprit. Love that woman's shoes. They remind me of ones that my mom had around that time.
