Miscellaneous

This is an illustration for a 1950's Kohler ad. I thought it was cool how some of it was left as a line  drawing. I believe I stayed in a hotel with an angled bathtub like this. Not pink though.

Martial Raysse. Known in France as part of the Nouveaux Réalistes, but considered a pop-artist in the US.

I have not been able to figure out what kind of car this is. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
Mr. P has let me know that this is a Jensen Interceptor. It's a British make, produced between 1966 and 1976.

Creepy pizzeria.

Cilla Black, 1965. She's an entertainer in the UK, popular for singing in the 60's. I am not really familiar with her output, but she certainly was a cutie.

The Associates. Please refer to the super fantastic song "I Never Will" which is an early version of the song "Party Fears Two"

This is a fashion spread from the olden days, probably from Harper's Bazaar. Below are some Harper's Bazaar covers. Isn't it peculiar that they changed the spelling of the word from Bazar to Bazaar at some point?

This Bazaar cover is from the 40's.

Miscellaneous

I always have room in my day for this painting: "Mme. Raysse" by Martial Raysse. He's one of my favorite artists; part of the Nouveaux Réalistes collective of 1960s France.

Terry Frost...one of those late-starter artists!
